Head and shoulders only inspection of the roof void and no drain covers lifted.

A succinct report with objective assessment of relative importance of defects and problems.

No advice on repairs or ongoing maintenance given. No valuation or reinstatement cost provided and nodignosis of defects or advice on repairs and maintenance provided.

More suited to conventionally built smaller and modern dwellings.
