Home Sweet Home or House of Horrors?

When buying a home do you know what you are letting yourself in for? It may have problems you will not be aware of, but which a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is trained to look for and report on.

Before you commit make sure you have the RICS HomeBuyer Report to help you:

  • Make an informed decision on whether to go ahead with buying the property;
  • Decide what a reasonable price to pay for the property is;
  • Take account of any repairs or replacements the property needs; and
  • Consider if you need any further advice before exchanging contracts.

The report is colour coded to make it easy to see if and where there are problems with the condition of the property.

Make sure your dream home isn't a nightmare in disguise with the RICS HomeBuyer Report.
